a non Muslim is protected .... and if found gulty, the perpretator will be persecuted, OR he will pay compensation....this is fairer, to the victims family
and ISLAM takes consideration of the condition of the society

it is not just a product of Muhammad, it is decreed by GOD

remember cases of MOB RULE ? where the accused was beaten to DEATH , accused of `peeping' a teenage girl....
the guys who beat the accused were sentenced to prison ....... NO COMPENSATION FOR THE FAMILY of the accused
this is WHAT HAPPENED IF THERE IS NO ISLAMIC DIVINE LAW
if there is no DIVINE LAW, PEOPLE WILL HARM THEMSELVES
