SOCIAL DISEASES are they NOT BIG PROBLEMS affecting the UMMAH ? are not they the PRIORITY?
IMPLEMENTING HUDUD is an obligation, as an act of OBEDIENCE to Allah & Rasul. DISOBEYING will only invite the WRATH. maybe we are safe from earthquake, sunami, floods, and other `natural disasters'. but are not the terrible cases of murders, robberies, thefts, corruption, apostasy, babies being abandoned or dumped to die or killed after being born, NOT DISASTERS?
